Institutional Development Plan (IDP)
Acute infrastructural constraints so far restricted much of this institute’s developmental goals ever since its inception in 2007. The newly built spacious building readied since first quarter of 2020 has finally erased maximum of those constraints. However, pandemic of Covid-19 posed troubles in formulating and actualising major developmental goals. At present, Bankim Bhavan, the new building is in full utilization after lockdown. Though a lingering fund crunch paralyses our desired steps, yet we have touched many milestones already and expect more in near future. Accordingly, IDPs are adopted by conforming to institution’s declared Vision and Mission. Various subcommittees have recommended following developmental plans some of which are already undertaken and others in pipeline for execution within stipulated time frame as furnished below:
