About the Department

Departmental Profile

• The subject Physical Education has been introduced in our college in 2017-2018. Local Students from Amdanga and nearby surroundings are very much enthusiastic about the subject.
• The Department has a Smart classroom, a Yoga room and a Gymnasium too. There is also a large playground where the Department can conduct practical classes. For outdoor activities, the Department also has various types of sports equipment.
• Our students have participated in several inter-college tournaments. Our college is proud of one of our students selected by the football team of West Bengal State University and shall be playing in State Level tournaments.
• The Department has two State Aided College Teachers whose tireless endeavours are continuously making the Department effective.
